This listing is for a Custom Order Renaissance Elizabeth Effigy corset. It is made of unbleached cotton coutil (shown in pic 4) and boned throughout with steel boning. It is grommeted down the front and laces in front and at the shoulders with white or black corset lacing.

This corset can also be covered in a colored or printed cotton, linen, jacquard (pics 1-3), or dupioni silk. Printed, woven, or embroidered silk can also be used as a covering and a separate invoice will be issued for the cost of the fabric.

**The Plain Coutil option is shown in pics 4&5. Unbleached coutil is foundation fabric and cannot be dyed. If you would like another color please select either the Cotton Covered, Linen Covered, Jacquard or Silk Covered option.**

This corset was patterned off of Queen Elizabeth I's last corset. When she died, those close to her used the corset to build a padded effigy of her. This corset is of the late Renaissance style. It is heavily boned but the tabs around the bottom ease any pinching around the waist. It's very comfortable and gives amazing back support!

**For a more historical look, add hand bound eyelets (instead of metal grommets) to your order for an additional $25! An example is shown in pic #5! **
